Chocolate Mug Cake
Mug cakes are a great way to get a bit of sweetness without baking an entire cake. This one mug cake feeds two people... unless you want to eat it all yourself!

- 4 tablespoons flour
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons milk, low fat
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Into a small bowl add flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt, egg, milk, and vegetable oil. Mix to combine.
Pour mixture into a regular sized coffee mug.
Microwave on high for one minute and 30 seconds. If cake batter is still gooey, microwave on high for up to an additional 30 seconds.
- Yes one person can eat this on their own but that's a lot of cake!
- You can serve this to two people in a bowl with a scoop of ice cream or some whipped cream.
