Spicy Tuna Dip
This spicy tuna dip is fantastic to serve with crackers for a snack or at a dinner party. If you're lucky to have any leftover, use in sandwiches. Easy to make with just a few ingredients makes this a favourite of mine.

Prep Time 5 minutes mins
Total Time 5 minutes mins
- 200 g cream cheese, softened
- 185 g tinned tuna, either in springwater or oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 small red onion, finely diced
- ½ teaspoon paprika, (optional)
Mix all ingredients together
Serve on crackers with a little paprika sprinkled on top, or in sandwiches with cucumber, tomato and lettuce.
- Add more cayenne pepper if you prefer a little more heat in this dish.
- This will firm up when chilled so if you want a a dip that's a little less firm, reduce the cream cheese to 150g and add 2 tablespoons of sour cream.
