Quick & Easy Biscuits
Who doesn't love a quick and easy recipe! This biscuit recipe doesn't require time to firm up in the fridge before rolling and cutting out.

Ingredients
125
g
butter

melted
¾
cup
caster sugar

Eggs
2½
cups
plain flour
½
teaspoon
baking soda
2
tablespoons
baking cocoa
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius.
In a large bowl, add melted butter, sugar, eggs and whisk until well combined.
Stir in flour, baking soda and baking cocoa until a soft dough forms.
Dust your kitchen bench with flour and roll out dough to approx 3-5mm thick.
Using cookie cutters, cut out biscuits and place them on baking trays lined with baking paper.
Bake for 7-8 minutes or until golden in colour.
Notes
The biscuits were spread onto two baking trays and each tray was cooked individually for 7-8 minutes each.
For a fun variation, swap out the baking cocoa with Hundreds and Thousands.
