Peanut Butter Choc Chip Cookies

These gluten-free cookies are 100% delicious and perfect to make when you don't have time on your side.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 175 degrees celsius. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together until all incorporated.
  • Using a tablespoon, place heaped scoops onto the baking tray. Flatten slightly with the bottom of a glass or fish slice until each cookie is about 1cm high.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until darker in colour. These will be soft to touch until they have fully cooled down.
  • Store in a container once cooled.
