Prep Time 15 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes
Servings 20 Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 8 madjool dates
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a small processor. Blend until all ingredients break down and start to combine together.
  • Take tablespoonfuls and roll into tight balls.
  • Roll into extra coconut or leave as is.
  • Store in an airtight container in either the fridge or freezer.

Notes

  • Add one tablespoon of water to begin with to help combine the ingredients together. If not combining, add a further tablespoon.
  • You can add more dates if you wish. By adding in 10 extra dates, you mayfind you will need only one tablespoon of water to combine, not two.
