Blueberry Bliss Balls
These nut free and dairy free bliss balls make a wonderful addition in school lunches or for adults wanting a healthy snack. Make these with dried blueberries for an all year round energy boosting treat.

- 1 cup blueberries
- 8 madjool dates
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- 1-2 tablespoons water
Add all ingredients into a small processor. Blend until all ingredients break down and start to combine together.
Take tablespoonfuls and roll into tight balls.
Roll into extra coconut or leave as is.
Store in an airtight container in either the fridge or freezer.
- Add one tablespoon of water to begin with to help combine the ingredients together. If not combining, add a further tablespoon.
- You can add more dates if you wish. By adding in 10 extra dates, you mayfind you will need only one tablespoon of water to combine, not two.
