Blender Banana Bread
Throw everything into a blender or food processor with minimal cleanup. Made with oats, this blender banana bread is delicious eaten as is or toasted.

- 2½ cups rolled oats
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup greek full fat yoghurt
Heat oven to 160 degrees celsius.
Grease and line with baking paper a loaf tin.
Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until ingredients are all combined and smooth.
Pour into the loaf tin and bake for 50 minutes.
