Seafood

I grew up in a small seaside town in New Zealand which meant I ate a lot of seafood during my youth. I was definitely spoilt when growing up with it so plentiful. Seafood can be expensive so keep an eye out for it when on special in your supermarket, fish market or fishmonger. Or try cooking with tinned or smoked seafood to supplement what you can buy fresh.
